All fields are required. Upon successful submission of the form you will be automatically returned to the home page. ** Remember you can substitute a any item at any time, but substitution requests are due by noon the day prior to the scheduled lunch. Check out our menu for ideas.

You will receive personal e-mail or telephone confirmation of receipt of your order (not automated - so you know a REAL person has seen your order), so please be sure to include a CORRECT e-mail address and phone number.

If you have not ordered from us before, please call in your credit card information to (803) 669-1210. Lunch can not be delivered until credit card information has been received, to include billing address and CVV security code.

** Remember, if you HAVE ordered from us before, we keep your credit card information on file. You will only need to contact us with billing information if your payment method changes. **
